Information and Advice

• ESRA employs a trained NEXTSTEP advisor to provide structured and impartial advice sessions exploring employment and training options. These sessions are normally provided on a one off basis.

• Advice sessions will include:- personalised information, help to link your personal interests and skills to your own job or career needs, help to understand the job market, advice about financial support, advice on recruitment, advice on ways to progress in a career and redundancy advice.

• We can provide information and advice “Surgeries” at mental health centres, GP Surgeries, Job Centres and various other locations.

• Our Information Service includes signposting to other relevant organisations.
