External training

One to one support is provided to help individuals identify, access and maintain appropriate training to help with their employment aspirations.

On occasions financial assistance can be provided to help with the costs of training or travelling expenses.

ESRA has links with various educational facilities to suit different learning needs e.g. Adult Education, East Surrey College and other mainstream organisations, Queen Elizabeth Training College etc.

ESRA can also access supported training in arts and crafts, horticultural, information technology and travel.
