• Career advice:  ESRA employs trained NEXT STEP advisors to provide structured and impartial advice and guidance sessions exploring employment and training options

• Sessions include:

• personalised information on learning and work
• personal interests: help to link interests and skills to job or career needs
• job market: help to understand today’s job market
• money: advice about financial support
• recruitment: advice and information
• career development: advice on ways to progress in a career
• redundancy: advice and information

• Where:  normally in our offices in Redhill.  We also provide provide information, advice and guidance “Surgeries” at mental health centres, GP Surgeries, Job Centres and various other locations

• Signposting:  our Information Service includes signposting to other relevant organisations
